In my final project for New Media New Forms, I was tasked with incorporating three elements: creative code, performance and voice. For Creative Coding I used the programming language Scratch to program my Performance and to house my Voice recordings (Oh Yeaa! and Oh Noo!). My mother photographed me doing the movements for the disco performance in a TC classroom. I edited the photos using the software Gimp and uploaded them to Scratch where I animated myself. I used the software GarageBand to record and edit my voice. Then I found/chose on the internet the Disco killer (Grandma), the light of the party (Disco Ball) and the trippy background. The last element that tied all the pieces together was the iconic disco song Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees.

I took the Grandma image from Pixabay, the Disco Ball from Openclipart and the Background from Wikimedia.
