In our chaotic and busy world, it is rare for us to stop and take our time to look around at our surroundings. It is also especially rare to see nature flourish in metropolitan areas. I live in New York City where Nature is in the minority interspersed between the majority of concrete, steel, and glass. I wanted to portray the majesty of nature even in these conditions. I collected a verity of plants and vegetation along the path that I do my daily walks. Then, I used the technique of scanography where I scanned my collages of what I collected from Nature’s Garden.
